@SAS SAS - Scandinavian Airlines have the worst customer service. We have been planning our move (with our cat) for months and doing everything we were told to do. Their website says it is no problem to take your pet onboard:

But after 3 hours on hold, we now find out it is a major problem and they offer no solutions. I’ve been flying with @SAS 3-4 times a month. Well no more, time to find a new airline.
