Friends who hate flying any tips on the fear? The usuals of wine and sit at the front and have distractions I’ve covered a lot, trying a bit of re-valuing stuff (like the plane is the trip to get to the holiday I really want to go on so it’s a fun thing), but my god do I hate it.

Interesting to see these seagulls fighting over some food last week! left one is using his right wing to keep balance initially and on the right his axis and movement quality is far superior. It also shows glimpses of relational movement ☺️ #bbat #MoveQuality
