Idk about anyone else, but the ONLY things I want guaranteed for Zombies in "Black Ops 8" is: - Brand new gameplay system without armour - A Pause Timer that works in Solo - Dedicated offline mode - The same attention to detail for the Zombies maps as Bo7 - Mod Tools.

@AikaKitsune_ Agree to disagree but map is getting glazed atm because of an Origins Robot. Gameplay is awful and so much empty space. Half of the map is bits from other Classic maps

@ZC2forBO7 Cursed mode is literally Gobble gum simulator if you want a decent time. If you dont use any perks you need around 500k points for 2 pap 4 guns, gold armour & all perks. Thats without box spins to get the weapons you want. 500k points 💀💀💀💀💀

The community conversation today has been on what changes people do or don’t want to see in the next Zombies title, and my opinion is that I actually don’t care for the most part. Zombies, even at its worst, is still enjoyable to me because of how good the core gameplay loop is. The mode has such an incredibly solid foundation that even bad maps and mechanics don’t prevent it from being fun to play. The mastery camos, prestige title, and relic challenges are a fantastic compliment to the game because they give players something to achieve rather than simply playing the game for the sake of it, which I think is very important in maintaining longterm interest. As long as the next game keeps all of these features (or at least something similar to them), then it’ll be just fine.

@Vondyispog Cursed a good attempt but poorly executed. 180k point per tier 4 pap gun. Relic system requirements of some only at round 60+

I’m actually rather curious about this? Subconsciously, do you consider Cursed mode + the Relic system to be innovation?

I hope they know that they can't keep the gameplay systems the same as bo6/7 zombies for the next zombies would you really want to wait 2 years to get a zombies that feels the exact same as the previous two titles for a title that is supposed to celebrate the 20th anniversary??

Gonna add something to this... Field Upgrades gotta go 😭😭 I think they should focus on map-unique Specialist Weapons & Abilities instead. Or maybe there's room for both... idk. At the very least, this system needs a change.
