@GatwickExpress totally incapable of running a commuter service with further cancellations to services from Brighton, due to too many faulty trains. Utterly incompetent. It’s a swindle that workers are being shafted of so much money for so little. Will public ownership help?

I trust that those who received them will not be sent a letter and have to go through the appeal process, as that would be a waste of their time and could cause stress. Businesses & dwellings in Brighton and Hove being flooded today by water that passes over drains. Torrential rain & leaves account for part of the problem but drains appear blocked? Businesses desperately lifting drain covers, plunging drains solid with debris BrightonHoveCC ?

@TheRAC_UK Things are probably worse since you began in 1897. Automated only response and jumped from 2.5 hours to 6 hours to get someone to attend a breakdown? You are expensive and this is unacceptable. Looking to leave immediately, find new breakdown service. Extremely poor.

@RoyalMailHelp for I have waited in for 3 consecutive days for a parcel as asked and everyday in the early afternoon the delivery has been cancelled. I suspect Brighton sorting office is on some sort of crisis. How far the Royal Mail have sadly plummeted. Best bet now to visit ?

The Royal Mail have told me for three consecutive days that they will deliver a parcel. And have cancelled every day. It is now 5 days since they first said they would deliver. I have waited in every day but I’ll give up now. The company is a joke.
