The last few years have tested our resilience like never before, but they have also awakened something powerful in our collective spirit. Many have misunderstood the Peter Obi phenomenon, but the truth is simple: this is a movement built on determination, focus, and an unwavering commitment to place Nigeria above personal ambitions.
Peter Obi understands the enormous task ahead. He knows the hopes and pains of millions of young Nigerians who see in him a leader they can truly trust. He has reflected deeply on 2023, what went wrong and how the mandate of the people was undermined. Now, with eyes wide open, he is prepared to return, reclaim that mandate, and offer the country a better path forward.
With about eight months of serious campaigning ahead, this period presents a golden opportunity. It is time to go out, engage communities across every region, and speak directly to the hearts and minds of Nigerians. The message is clear and compelling: National Unity for Peace and Prosperity through competence, character, and compassion.
A key part of this renewed journey is building the right alliances for national unity. Securing a credible Vice Presidential candidate who serves as a strong bridge to the North is strategic and visionary. Someone like Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, with his deep experience navigating northern politics, traditional institutions, and the broader Muslim establishment, brings invaluable strength to the ticket.
The synergy between the Obidients and Kwankwasiyya movements has the potential to create a true paradigm shift, moving us away from the old, transactional political landscape toward one defined by ideas, integrity, and results. This is not about ethnicity or religion; it is about building a coalition of competence that cuts across divides and puts Nigeria first.
To every well-meaning Nigerian at home and in the diaspora those who believes our country deserves better: this is our moment to rise above cynicism. Let us use the coming months to mobilise, educate, and convince our fellow citizens that a new Nigeria is POssible. One where leadership is measured by delivery, not by connections. One where the youth are empowered, the economy is revitalised, and security and justice become realities, not slogans.
2027 will indeed be very interesting.
A New Nigeria is POssible ✅️ ✌️

@HAHayatu 😂
This leech seriously needs psychiatric help ASAP!
He thought Desperado could outsmart Obi. But Obi isn’t Wike. 🤣🤣
English

@HAHayatu @julietemmanuel0 Only a fool will trust treacherous grandpa! 😂😂
You think Peter Obi is Nyesom Wike, abi?
Mumu man!
English

@julietemmanuel0 You're right, there is no even delegate now is either consensus or direct primary personally I prefer direct primaries so that all will see that is members that made the choice
English

Just one action of Peter and Rabiu have collapsed a noble gathering now everyone is going his way.
Just because of his ambition.

BREAKING: Sen. Enyinnaya Abaribe, representing Abia South, officially resigns from ADC. He has just joined the Labour Party in Abia state. It's better for him
English

@HAHayatu @Pharmacio001 Ego?? 😂😂
Atiku Abubakar has the most over-bloated ego in Nigerian politics.
English

@Pharmacio001 Quit doing all this polls , they use their bots and boast their ego please.
English

@HAHayatu So, why were you begging him to deputise your grandpapa Atiku Abubakar then? 😂😂
Shameless bigot!
English

@HAHayatu Atiku Abubakar possesses no iota of good in him whatsoever politically speaking.
President Obasanjo, who worked closely with him, has already "Atikulated" (pun intended 😂) all that needs to be stated regarding Egomaniac. 😂😂
English

Alot of Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso supporters come to my mention saying I should stop talking about them and just sell my Atiku.
Hmm, this is akin to saying a footballer should just play the ball in his own half without making attempts at attack and scoring.
Be rest assured we shall milk at every goof of our adversaries to score good political points and shall also project the good of our candidate Atiku Abubakar.
We have not even started.
English

@HAHayatu How many governors Egomaniac get for last election and how many him get now?
Why una dey worry for Obi instead of Egomaniac?
We know who una dey work for, shameless hypocrites!
English

Peter Obi cannot get the votes he got 2023 from the SE and even Lagos and Edo because the south east is now captured by the ruling APC having three governors and also Soludo and Otto working for Tinubu.
In Edo the populace have largely moved on and in Lagos the liberals among locals have realized Obi is not what he claims he is.
The numbers shall drop in the south.
English

Kwankwaso have a very big task in the north that he claims to be his in his alliance with Obi, everywhere you go people just insult him and say he is out to drag the north backward.
I think this his Obi alliance is his biggest political miscalculation.
The reality is the north will never vote Obi because he picked Kwankwaso and there is no human being available now that can make the north vote Obi.
English

@omoluabi1sq This man! 😂. What did Peter Obi take from you?
English

@HAHayatu Drawing a battle line against Peter Obi just proves you clowns were working for Tinubu all along.
We all know this coalition charade is pure power-grab, and Obi refused to be part of it.
So keep wailing, sore losers! 😂😂

@BwalaDaniel @PeterObi @ruffydfire So, you can move from one political party to another, but Obi can't?
Freaking hypocrite!
English

With the defection of @PeterObi and the consistent complaints of Obidients about character of politicians changing parties, I carefully and patiently waited to hear what the propagandists of Peter Obi on Arise would say. Sadly, @ruffydfire the weeping prophet chose to be quite like a graveyard, because he might be forced to eat his words. whilst the clown @ayomairoese was instead of talking about unstable political characteristics of Obi, chose to make a case for his right to defect. This is the hypocrisy of the media and fake news-ness of propagandists masquerading as neutrals. Shame on Rufai and Ayo

Are you deliberating your electoral strategy on social media?
You people are so predictable. Peter Obi is light years ahead of you nitwits. 😂😂

Atiku Abubakar cannot keep Peter Obi in his coalition.
Cannot keep Kwankwaso.
Cannot keep Wike.
Cannot keep Okowa who regretted being his running mate on national television.
Cannot keep the G5.
Cannot keep Obasanjo who gave him 8 years and then wrote a book describing him in ways I cannot repeat before 9pm.
And now his own son Adamu Atiku is in APC.
His own blood from same household.
When your coalition starts at home and fails there first, the rest of the country was just confirming what the family already knew.

ATIKU ABUBAKAR : THE MAN UNDERMINING NIGERIANS OPPOSITION
Atiku Abubakar’s political career is defined by a recurring pattern of betrayal, self-interest, and division. From abandoning his longtime party at critical moments to fracturing opposition unity for personal ambition, the former Vice President has repeatedly positioned himself in ways that weaken collective efforts against the ruling APC. Making him less a unifier and an asset for the very establishment he claims to oppose.
BETRAYING PDP IN 2015
In 2014, Atiku dramatically defected from the PDP, the party that made him Vice President. He joined the newly formed APC, contested its presidential primary, and subsequently mobilized his Northern political machinery to help Muhammadu Buhari defeat incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.
This move was seen by many PDP loyalists as a profound betrayal that contributed directly to the party’s loss of power after 16 years. Yet when Atiku found himself sidelined within the APC government, with little influence and growing disillusionment over unfulfilled promises he resigned from the party in late 2017. He publicly expressed regret for helping bring the APC to power, admitting the decision contributed to Nigeria’s worsening challenges. The pattern is unmistakable: loyalty to any platform lasts only as long as it advances his personal presidential ambition.
CONSTANTLY UNDERMINING OPPOSITION BY CONTESTING “By All Means” Instead of Unifying
Nigeria’s most successful political shifts have come through sacrifice, compromise, and broad coalitions. Atiku’s approach has been the opposite. Rather than stepping aside to allow a stronger, more unifying candidates particularly from the South he has insisted on contesting at every opportunity, prioritizing his own candidacy over opposition solidarity.
In the evolving opposition realignment under the ADC, he has rejected, calls to support younger or regionally balanced tickets, declaring his intention to run again while claiming unmatched experience. This “by all means” posture has repeatedly left the opposition fragmented, with emerging cracks between Atiku’s camp and figures like Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso. Atiku’s presence and insistence have become one of the biggest obstacles to a credible challenge in 2027.
PERPETUAL VIOLATION OF NORTH -SOUTH ZONING CONSENSUS
Atiku has consistently challenged the informal power rotation between North and South that has helped stabilize Nigeria’s democracy since 1999. In 2023, after eight years of Northern leadership under Buhari, he secured the PDP ticket and ran despite strong arguments that it was the South’s turn. This decision further split the opposition and alienated key Southern stakeholders.
Now, with the current Southern presidency (Tinubu’s term) still serving, Atiku continues to signal his determination to contest in 2027 describing it as his “last show.” He disputes zoning arithmetic and insists on his right to run, dismissing conventions that call for rotational equity. To many observers, this repeated disregard for the “South’s turn” reflects the same self-serving logic that has defined his career putting personal ambition above national political stability and opposition cohesion.
In essence, Atiku Abubakar exemplifies a brand of politics where personal interest consistently trumps party loyalty and collective strategy.
As Nigeria approaches another critical electoral cycle, his track record raises a pointed question: Can the opposition ever succeed while accommodating a figure whose actions have so often fractured the very forces needed for change?

No sane person supports Atiku and Tinubu — I’ve known this from day one. They’re two egomaniacs cut from the same cloth. Both men and their washed-up supporters are nothing but devious blackmailers.
