@careinsuranceIN 4)No.response.even after follow ups till Feb 26th. On Feb 26th ,i receive the same.intiial response that policy is cancelled. I again respond stating that the payment is settled from my end.
On 27th,they say they have responded on 26th referring to older email.

2) After a month , i see policy is cancelled
3) It reach out to customer care ,on Jan 29th. I get response on Feb 6th that it's currently under investigation.I share policy document and receipt
