Juat found out that in competitive irl yugioh bluffing is illegal?? A player got a 6 month tournament ban for putting tokens off to the side that his deck doesnt actually use in order to trick opponents into believing hes running different cards than he was

@downsouthtcg Is there a reason they did this for purge and impulse or is it purely to make it a worse reprint? I know purge has the overframe which can somehow be construed to justify it, even though there's actually no reason - but impulse isn't. Are they pre-shorting it for BLGG's print?

I wanted to help clarify some of the rarity distribution in Rarity 5 that seems to be confusing some people. From all of the data I have seen so far this is where things stand. The 4 "boomer" cards in the main pool are very clearly Starlight Rare only. Through multiple cases only the Starlight of these were pulled. As we knew going into this, cards already printed in Starlight would not get one here. Lulu and Faimena are the only 2. 2 cards from the variant art pool also include the original artwork in all rarities. Razen and Raigeki. While these share the set code with the new arts and are technically still in the variant art pool, they show up in the pack in the main pool card slot. Purge and Impulse. Oh boy, they did these dirty. Purge, similar to the last two, shares the setcode with the overframe, but also appears in normal art. Both of these cards however only come in PUR/PCR/Platinum. It is still possible these have Starlight rares, but over multiple case data they were not pulled while multiples of every other starlight were pulled.

@kle_posts Is not a good card. For a couple reasons. First. A Link-5 needs to literally wins the game by its own to ever be considerate. This thing can't do that. Second. Teraherz exist, objectively a better card and is considered already obsolete for modern Cyberse decks.
