this was one of the best cold outreaches i've received in years. this guy sent me 2 weeks of fully written content AND a lead magnet. for free. before asking for a single thing. and what made it so good… it felt GENUINELY personal and specific to my business. clearly someone who'd spent real time on it. and it got him on a call with me. compare that to the 30 cold emails i get daily that open with: "i'd love to help you scale your outbound." what Hormozi calls the "give-to-ask" ratio is the biggest unlock in cold outreach right now. the principle is… ”give before you ask. give twice as much as you take.” something SPECIFIC: - a 2-minute Loom tearing down their landing page - a tactical checklist relevant to their industry - a script or template that actually worked for a similar company - a few pieces of content tailored to their brand TL;DR: always lead with value. this won’t go out of style any time soon.
