@skyzone can you please clean you're trampoline park more than once a year I lost my phone in the foam pit. Searched for 45 mins.Found it and lots of other nauseating things What a disgrace You definitely make plenty of money to keep up with maintenance I actually got hives!

Super disappointing @skyzone what about your loyal community who can only enjoy Sky Zone during sensory hour? It’s become apart of many children’s weekly routine and now there’s no time or space for them. Increase the rate, but to completely discontinue sensory hour is unfair.

@skyzone I purchased the monthly sky zone pass. I did not get a renewal email or notification that I was being charged again. Instead, I was charged without any notification. I would like to get a refund for this past charge. Pls assist.

@skyzone I canceled my child’s membership and both parent passes on 4/30/2026. Today I was charged for another month of both!

So I get a call from @skyzone telling me my son was banned for an incident on 12/22. (My son was not there) A simple call to straighten it out was derailed by a rude, disrespectful kid who refused to connect me to a manager. We'll find another place for birthday parties
