@Ask_Spectrum I was directed to visit a store to complete my online order, the same service was $5/month more expensive and I was charged a bogus service charge despite bringing my own mode. Can you help me fix this before the first billing statement? Here's the online order:

@slbpics1 Hi @slbpics1, our bottles allow us to track the # of times a bottle is refilled, as well as use a standard weight for a full bottle, helping to prevent spills by overfilling. Once we improve our technology, things might change, but right now the tags are still very important.
