To my understanding @FIDE_chess delegates voted now in favor of both presented resolutions, which seem to be contradicting each other. Do I understand it correctly?

@GMJacobAagaard @chesscoachandra @chessable @NewInChess had a look at the sample pages. I am wondering why are the diagrams printed in color? wouldnt it be cheaper to have them in black/white? black/white is also more traditional.

Schachspielern fällt es ja oft nicht ganz leicht, aus ihrem Schneckenhaus zu kommen. Umso großartiger unsere Nationalmannschaft. Vor der Schacholympiade wollten die Jungs mehr Training - und haben von sich aus gefragt, ob sich da etwas machen lässt. Es ließ.

@sldMD I own both and decided to study only the new one (green cover).
If you own both, you might want to read the old version as a first pass, and then follow up with the new one (much longer and computer checked) months later as you suggested.

@NealBruceBC I am about to start with Shereshevskys Endgame Strategy. Is there any merit in starting with the old version and using the new one for repetition and enhancing of knowledge after a few months? or should I just skip the old one? I am at ~1500 USCF #chesspunks

The top 11 players excluding Chithambaran, lost a combined 95.4 rating points. The entire rating system and tournament circuit needs radical change. Classical chess and 10 day tournaments are expensive and time consuming. I recommend establishing a standard time control, we need to play more games to truly see who the best players are. It’s not a coincidence that top players lose all of their rating at open tournaments against talented opponents who barely have any opportunities to compete. I hope chess evolves.

Have had a lot of reports of not being able to complete repertoires on chessmadra in the last couple weeks - happy to say that is now fixed. Shout-out transpositions for being the biggest source of bugs I've ever seen!

What r the intervalls 4 each 'box'?
Can you add an overview which positions r in which box, so i can study these lines more thoroughly. A note: "next trainable lines in 4 hours" would be nice cuz i keep checking every 30 min or so
