Feeling productive. Still in my PJ's but done a wash load, made mum a sandwich while she was in a meeting at work, cooked the lemon chicken and steak for snacks bits in the fridge. Now about to nap before I try cook later and possibly clean my tank. Will see how I feel

Making life easier, batch cooked 2 loads of lemon chicken and 10 thin steaks, now cut up and ready to make protein snack plates for me this weekend. Mums away so I'm thinking of easy ways to relax

Plate of steak and lemon chicken for lunch, it's a resting day after 13 hours sleep last night. Only plan for the day is to gel my nails and cook dinner later.

Urgh. Busy week caught up with me. Came home from hockey, had some dinner and immediately threw up. 😬🫣 At least I ate earlier in the day, so I had *something* already. Now golden girls in bed and winding down.

Supposed to be resting today. But the cat needs to go to the vets and I need to send 2 parcels off and cook dinner. Lord give me energy for tomorrow, I don't want to be snappy moody aunty Jenny 😬🫣

My dreams are like full on movies. Sounds, colours, everything. Last night's was AMAZING. although I was annoyed people wouldn't turn off lights or shut curtains and blinds when we were trying to hide from planes and bombs. So frustrating

Time to rest for a few hours before I cook dinner and shower. Got clean sheets done and a wash hung on the airer. Now I'm down 40kg after my one and only week I didn't lose any 👌 40 weeks and 40kg

Changed my bedding but need a nap. Don't like getting in it when I've not showered yet today so piling blankets up and making a nap nest 👌

Done my first cluster lashes at home. Let's see how long I can keep them on for 😂 had a lovely afternoon with my sister, picking the boys up from school and they gave me big hugs, held my hands and were very sweet ❤️growing up too fast!

Probably doesn't help that my dream last night was incredible and I struggled to wake up at lunchtime 😬 wish you could go back into dreams!

Yesterday I went out and walked with my sister, drinking coffee and walking her dog. Today I've been up less than 2 hours and I'm going back to bed. Life with ME can be such opposites and I don't know if that makes any sense

Forgot I'd have a knock on from last week's crazy busy week. Slept so much today, thought I'd brave the shower and as soon as I shampoo'd my hair my body was screaming at me 😬but I finally hit -33.1% of my starting weight so woo I guess 😂

Nice 4 point weekend, but I'm really missing the added weight! Absolutely freezing. Going to have to add some more layers under my jersey. Off home to burrow under my heated blanket, eat some food and cuddle the dog 👌

So freaking tired. But dinner done, fresh bedding on and all I need to do is load the dishwasher and shower. Planned rest tomorrow but sister needs me to walk her dog while she has a house viewing so hopefully Wednesday. Already feeling PEM from yesterday when I woke up 1:30pm

Today is my planned rest day. Second day in a row I haven't been able to wake up until after midday. About to nap in my many layers of bedding, window open for fresh air and harry potter audiobook playing 👌 planned rest because if I don't my body will force me to later.
