After years of demos and fundraising, China's humanoid robotics industry is now being judged by revenue and profit. A new analysis of five leading companies, UBTECH, Unitree, AGIBOT, GalaxyBot, and Kepler, reveals starkly different commercialization paths and proof points. Unitree and UBTECH are in the first tier of commercial validation, but on different routes. Unitree is the only one that has overall profitability filed in a prospectus: 2025 revenue of ~RMB 1.7 billion (~$230M), net profit of RMB 591 million (~$80M) after stripping share-based payments, and 5,511 humanoid robots shipped. Yet over 73% of humanoid revenue came from research/education, not industrial production. Its profit comes from ~90% core component self-sufficiency and a cost curve that halved unit costs for quadruped robots in three years. UBTECH filed audited 2025 results showing revenue of RMB 2.0 billion ($270M), of which RMB 821 million ($110M) came from full-size humanoid robots, up 2,203.7% YoY, with 1,079 units sold and nearly RMB 1.4 billion ($190M) in orders in hand. But it still lost RMB 790 million ($107M) net. UBTECH sells factory-ready solutions to automakers like BYD and Geely, not just hardware. AGIBOT shipped ~5,168 units in 2025 per Omdia, claiming 39% global market share, but the figure is disputed by Unitree's self-reported 5,511. AGIBOT reported revenue of RMB 1.05 billion ($142M) to partners but has not filed independent financials. GalaxyBot raised ~RMB 7 billion ($950M) in under three years at a ~RMB 20 billion ($2.7B) valuation, the highest among unlisted peers, but has disclosed no revenue. It pitches a sim-to-real AI-first approach, relying on synthetic data. Kepler has shipped nearly 1,000 dexterous hands and over 200 full robots, with cumulative orders exceeding RMB 500 million ($68M), but also has not disclosed revenue. Its overseas revenue exceeds 50%. The gap between companies winning orders and those converting orders into audited revenue and profit is widening. この場合の刈取脱穀は刈取→乾燥→籾摺り→袋詰めまでの一連の流れだろうな。 単位面積あたりにすれば小規模ほど乾燥時間が重くのしかかるから。 大して作業工程を知らないから数字だけで見れば”非効率”とか思いがち。

@lastjudes56513 いや、中山間の～1ha程度小さな農家さんはこのくらいかかってる。 10a田の田植えや稲刈り、皆さん半日仕事or3時間機械作業+手直しなのにウチクラスだと30分～40分だもん。 機械が小さい＆古いでスピード出ないし手作業増えるしで、小さい農家の手伝いに来てる人たちにあまりに早すぎてビビられるw
