Femi Gbajabiamila has met all the requirements to be President of Nigeria. The two major criteria... 1. Be punished, sentenced, or fined for an offense bordering on Dishonesty or Fraud. 2. Be a member of the ruling and fraudulent APC. With a little touch of Emi Lo Kan and Yoruba Ronu... boom, you have the next president of the Fraudulent Republic of...

It is worth noting that the Nigerian police have disobeyed several court orders mandating them to release Chike Ibezim. Instead of obeying, they paraded him with Channel TV, acting as their accomplice. Chike is being kidnapped without ransom demands. You don't need to wait for people to start dropping dead on the streets before realizing that Nigeria is now in a state of full-blown anarchy. A state of anarchy is when government sectors, in this case, the police, don't respect the authority of our judiciary simply because they know they have the full support of those in power. Keeping quiet and not speaking up when bad governance affects others means you are like a prisoner on death row, waiting for your time to be executed. Because, definitely, this impunity will reach everyone if we don't resist it massively. Evil persists because of the silence of good people. The main problem in a corrupt country are those who claim to be neutral.

The Judiciary refused to assign a judge to this case until it became statue barred then during the @NGCourtofAppeal PEPT Judges called it a pre-election matter. Judicial ping-ping 🏓. Our institutions have been taken over by criminals

Obasanjo, Yaradua & Jonathan…. For all their flaws, they understood the importance of inclusive governance…. You think they did not have close friends from their villages to give appointments? Oh well…..what we are sowing, we will reap.

If the Nigerian govt was very serious on working with UAE to lift the ban, they would hv first paid off Emirates or even given Emirates 80% of their money. But Nigeria went to UAE to take pictures and lie to her citizens. I am still pained!!!!!!! Smhhhh @DavidHundeyin pls can you help investigate why Etihad left Nigeria without saying a word? Pls😥

This is the most influential South African politician of his generation speaking about foreigners in South Africa. I bet BBC Africa won't do a documentary about this, though. It doesn't fit the "Africans hate each other" narrative.

Let me tell you something about accountability. I cannot put my name on something I am not certain of. I can’t sign a contract that I disagree with, and I can’t allow someone to write anything for me that doesn’t represent my thoughts on issues. I see people saying Tsammani didn’t write the judgment therefore, we should not take it seriously, and I ask, what does it matter? He had a choice to not read what he didn’t write, but he read it anyway, signed and presented it as his opinion on the case. Therefore, he wrote it! History will remember him for it and that will forever be his legacy. Saying he didn’t write the judgment absolves him from guilt which shouldn’t happen. Tsammani is corrupt and incompetent and that’s on period!

PT 5: Haruna Tsammani PEPC Sept 6, 2023 Judgment Review: Tsammani in his poor wisdom, again, asserted that the LP team introduced new facts in their replies to the Respondents' replies which were not contained in their petition. According to him, the "new fact" here is that the petitioners accused INEC of failing to give clear and readable pink copies of the results of the election Form EC8A to LP agents, because the pink copies given to them were very faint and unreadable. My response is that, Tsammani didn't read the petition to comprehend the arguments presented in the prayers. One of the arguments were that INEC did not follow their guidelines stated in the Election Manual, and part of that is issuing a copy of the EC8A to party agents! Why would party agents receive unreadable election result copies at polling unit levels where the election kicked off? How could Tsammani not know that this argument is in line with one of the prayers and can't be discharged as a new fact that should be amended? It's unfortunate that a big case such as this was handed to a man with zero knowledge of the electoral process. I shared this concerns weeks ago before this judgment, when I wanted to know which cases these judges handled in the past, because their past would predict their present but unfortunately, nothing tangible came up in my search. This is their first ever high-profile case and they messed it up. This judgment revealed a lot.

The judgement delivered by the PEPT judges is not just ridiculous in its content, but the ratio decidendi they proferred to arrive at their absurd judicial conclusions make a pathetic mockery, of not just the Nigerian judiciary, but the entire Nigerian LEGAL EDUCATION system. WHO TAUGHT THESE CLOWNS? WHO WERE THEIR TEACHERS? According to them, a bank account is now a juristic person that can be penalised for offences it commits?!! According to Tsamani et al, there is such a thing as an "unintentional" offence. Therefore, a person could, for instance, unintentionally kidnap or rob another person. The level of RIDICULE these people subjected Nigerian law and 200m Nigerians to is not by any stretch if the imagination, forgivable. If justice does not come at the Supreme Court, it must come somehow, ANYHOW! Nothing in that judgement can form the legal bedrock of a serious nation. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

Women should be pushing for the amendment of the constitution to change 'He' to 'He/She'. If a woman had won the 2023 Election, Haruna Tsammani & his 4 compatriots in misjudgment would have interpreted it to mean that ONLY A MAN CAN BE PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA. They should start contacting their Senators and House of Reps members to start work on amending all those provisions. I don talk my own. #PEPTJudgement #AllEyesOnTheJudiciary #WeWillRevoltAgainstInjustice #AllEyesOnJusticeTsammani #AllEyesOnKayodeAriwoola
