@Rackspace Does anyone know if you can just downgrade an Exchange email to a Rackspace email? I have one Exchange email and 20+ Rackspace, so the 365 option is not an option... 🤯

@Rackspace shame on you!!! After an entire day where my small company could not access emails, you post info for your customers to fix the problem themselves? What about customers who do not have an IT department to do this. I have absolutely no clue and no bandwidth to do this!

@Rackspace It's impossible to add the license. The "workaround" doesn't work.

@Sea2SeaAccount @jonnyenglish1 @RonaldRichards @Rackspace First bit of advice… do not license your m365 Exchange Plan 1 from #rackspace it will error. Get from admin.microsoft.com > Billing > Puchase service, license directly from Microsoft. Deal with the billing disputes later. Then some DNS MX record update and email is back up
