@nectar I've had an email telling me my Nectar account is to be closed because I've not used it for a year. I use it almost weekly, doing Shop & Go, but have been saving my points for a while. Is this a scam?

@nectar I scan my nectar card with the Scan & Go app in Truro, and I guess it connects automatically when I use my phone in stores that don't have the handsets. But it would put my mind at rest if you could check for me – I have more than £30 of points saved up, don't want to lose them.
