Say I have an email campaign I wanna push, but I'm sending it out in multiple 'waves' or 'blasts' where, for instance, on a list of 100 ppl, we send 50 one set of copy, then 40 another copy, then 10 another copy... these are 3 "waves" of the same campaign? What's the right word?

Aww i saw my first crush's causal couple photoshoot with his wife. I had the biggest smile when scrolling through the photos on social media, this is such a pure feeling i am having. I thought adulthood pretty much killed most "fluffy, innocent" feelings LOL.

Had my 1 month reivew, anything work related improvement feedback i agree but the "interpersonal relation" part....? My boss actually said that i never said hi to her when she was across me (which she was chatting with another VP at that point and we never made eye contact)

@BoneChilDerpina urgh i feel you, my first switch took ~2 years, second took 9 months to secure an offer and it's all 1 offer at each point of time :/ (Others have like 2 offers at the same period blabla) Interview burnt out is real sigh.

A stranger number called and it was my niece, apparently she's thinking of project/events mgmt (my course) or mass comm. Wow i reached that stage of life huh, giving life advices to teens or more like my cousin (her mom) too lol.

I went for a 6th round "final" interview even though they initially mentioned it will be 5 rounds. Got rejected at the end, did i end up at 2nd place AGAIN sheesh. Also, its not even a manager role, why do they need so many rounds....

Wow I just found out the supposed incoming PMM couldn't transfer internally cause his manager veto the decision. What the actual hell? His manager shouldn't even be a manager and is obviously not a leader at all. How can you stop someone from leaving???

when your colleagues are all min 5- 15 years in the company lol but tbh i would stay that long in the company too if i was an internal hire. Just because #1 culture is awesome #2 there are opportunities for rotating verticals/pillars/country.
