Because when I look out of the window other trains are moving in both directions. On the 17:26 CTK to HHE

@TLRailUK For example the 15:19 from East Croydon has gone from an ETA of 15:27 to delayed. You don’t understand your own network. The re-route takes longer than 8 minutes so why say it ? Is that time the one you used to forecast how “delayed” we would be. Think AI might do a better job

You may want to consider using London Underground to London Victoria and boarding a Littlehampton or Eastbourne/Ore service that goes to Haywards Heath. @TLRailUK So you cancel the train I was on from calling at Haywards Heath so now stuck at East Croydon. Not surprisingly the ETA for the next train keeps on being extended. Why do you not care about your fee paying customers ? I know what you will say but you really don’t care

@slurpmore Hi Stuart. If this is the 18:26 service form City Thameslink, I can see it currently has two delayed trains in front of it, which would be causing the reduction of the speed, I am afraid. ^Silva

@TLRailUK who does network rail buy the signalling systems from? I wouldn’t buy anything from them based on the last few days of delays.
