@FFDynastyGrill @ukdynastyy Baker was coming off a 4,500 yard season. Hurts is coming off 3,200. That’s an entire WR1 worth of yards that’s unavailable. Need to see Hurts throw for 4,000 to support two high end WRs which he has never done.

Jordyn Tyson the future Saints WR1. That hurts a little for Olave owners.

Round 1 running back history since 2006. This was discussed throughout the draft cycle but it does generally appear that the league has been good at identifying which backs are good enough to get boosted into the top 10 picks, while the majority of big whiffs have come past pick 25.

KC Concepcion among the WRs I charted in this draft class for #ReceptionPerception: - No. 1 in success rate vs. man coverage - No. 3 in success rate vs. zone coverage - No. 1 in success rate vs. press coverage - No. 4 in contested catch rate (feels notable) - No. 9 in rate of plays in space with a broken tackle And yes, the second-highest drop rate (7.4%), but if that's your point of emphasis, I think you'll always miss the forest for the trees at this position. If everything else translates, you live with 7-8 drops in a season because the plays you make outweigh the plays you don't. Maybe someone with a better, longer memory than me can think of a highly-drafted prospect who checked every other box, but outright failed because of drops. I don't think that example exists.
Reception Perception@RecepPerception

"He demolishes man and press coverage, is a reliable target against zone coverage and makes plays above the rim and with the ball in space. You really can’t ask for much more out of a Round 1 receiver prospect." @MattHarmon_BYB would have no issues if a team took KC Concepcion in the top 20 of the draft. 📈

@DynastyDadFF Alpha in the sense of a big body traditional X? No. However, I think Smitty earns a 25%+ target share easily if Brown is gone. Not to mention Wicks and Hollywood muddy the water for Lemon year 1 as well.

@jmthrivept Taking Love at 3 would give him the most guaranteed money for an RB in the nfl. Does it make logical sense to allocate resources like that? The Raiders just did this and it had 0 impact on wins/losses.

My unsolicited draft takes: 1. Jeremiyah Love is more bust-proof than Arvell Reese and David Bailey. Taking him at 3 is totally fine. 2. If Love falls to 5, the Giants should still draft Sonny Styles or Caleb Downs. All Pro caliber players at a more difficult position to replace 3. Tennessee should pass on Love for the same reason as above, BUT he would be a great way to help take pressure off of Cam Ward, so dealers choice here. 4. The Rams shouldn’t trade up from 13. Decent chance Kenyon Sadiq or Makai Lemon are there, plus other solid prospects likely fall here 5. Steelers should draft Denzel Boston or Omar Cooper at 21 with both DK and MPJ essentially on 1 year deals 6. Teams that should trade their 1st for Brian Thomas Jr: CLE, KC (29), MIA (30), NE (unless AJB trade happens) 7. 49ers draft LG or Edge in Round 1, or trade back from 27. Caleb Lomu will not be the pick

Glazer: NFL personnel people, coaches selected Fernando Mendoza, Jeremiyah Love, Caleb Downs, Vega Ioane as "sure thing" guys. Sure thing meaning double-digit years in the league at a Pro Bowl level.

I want to be getting Kyle Monangai and Jacory Croskey-Merritt thrown into every big deal I make in Dynasty Disguise them in big block buster deals and have those RBs be the finishing touch to get it done. I don't see the Bears adding RB competition and the Commanders won't if they don't get Love.

Ok we will do some deep dives into the Cardinals draft this week - First note: Yes, Running Back Jeremiyah Love is absolutely in play for the Arizona Cardinals at #3. I would go as far to say I believe he is in their top 4. Don't see them worried at all about signing Tyler Allgier and bringing James Conner back.

How scary would an offense with Jeremiyah Love, Trey McBride and Marvin Harrison Jr. be? 😳 Per @AdamSchefter, the Cardinals could be eyeing the Notre Dame RB at No. 3 overall 👀
