Santa Monica Beach & water is littered with tar/oil/crude! It got all over the bottom of my feet & I had to literaly scrub it off on some concrete stone. It also stained my flip-flops 🩴so I threw them away! I've been to many beaches in my life time & this was my first time experiencing tar/oil/crude crap, lol! $WTI #WTI
