@fonehouse bought a FH 3 contract on phone which included cash back, month cost was advertised £10 cheaper due to cash back. When I went to claim cash back I was told was not set up, realised never sent me a receipt and denying the deal. customer service now calling me a liar.

I live alone. My son comes for dinner once a week to keep me company & make sure I’m ok. A neighbor anonymously reported it to police who interviewed us. We proved that we had formed a support bubble which is permitted as we both live alone. Thanks for nothing neighbor !
