@My_Metro The top floor has been closed since 2021. The other floors have been closed for months now. Just knock the whole car park down and level it! Just an unused eyesore since covid made people work from home or find alternative ways to work.

@smallbone66 @INRIXtraffic_UK Hi Richard, emergency services are on scene for recovery, however we cannot confirm how long this will take at present.

Due to an overturned HGV at the exit of the Northbound the tunnel, traffic Northbound is heavy. Traffic management is currently in place and the tunnel remains open, however disruptions to traffic will be ongoing as recovery takes place. Emergency services are on scene.
