@SlackHQ Clearing the cache and restarting unfortunately does not fix the issue - it affects all threads created via API in all clients, desktop/mobile/browser.

@smallchatapp Ohh, hat's odd. 🧐Could you please try clearing the cache and see if the issue is fixed? Click Help from the main app menu > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Restart.
