我梳理了美股自近50年经历了历次熊市（ 从高点下跌超过20%）的原因、跌幅和熊牛转折点。
1. 1973-1974熊市
时间：1973年1月 – 1974年10月
跌幅：约 -48%（标普500）
原因：
石油危机（第一次石油危机，1973年OPEC禁运）
高通胀 + 滞涨（Stagflation）
美联储紧缩货币政策
尼克松政府丑闻（“水门事件”）
熊牛转折点：
油价企稳、美联储放松货币政策、福特总统上任
2. 1980-1982熊市
时间：1980年11月 – 1982年8月

原因：
COVID-19疫情引发全球经济封锁
供应链中断 + 企业停摆
恐慌性抛售 + 初期政策滞后
熊牛转折点：
2020年3月23日美联储无限量QE + 财政救助法案出台
9. 2022年加息熊市
时间：2022年1月 – 2022年10月
跌幅：标普约 -27%
原因：
高通胀（CPI高达9.1%）
美联储大幅加息（基准利率从0升至4.5%以上）
科技股估值压缩、债券收益率飙升
熊牛转折点：
10月CPI下降，美联储暗示放缓加息节奏（2022年Q4），硅谷银行倒闭
总结：
1、本次熊市和特朗普任期内的两次熊市，有相似度，都是快熊，上两次熊市结束后，都是V反；
2、熊市见底需要转势的“事件”。
应对：
1、左侧下跌中不要有杠杆；
2、确保自己即使标普跌57%（现在点位再跌40%）不会爆仓；
3、左侧不要上头，分批买，只能买指数基金；
4、准备好可以调用的资金，准备右侧加仓；
5、右侧买入需要耐心等待转势“事件”和技术形态。
重要“事件”或“信号”:
1、特朗普推迟执行额外对等关税的可能性——下周内，30%概率；
2、欧盟在对等关税上的正式回应——下周内，50%概率会跟随英国和东南亚的妥协；
3、中美关税的进一步升级或缓和——4月7日到15日之间，特朗普对Tiktok垂涎欲滴，应该有的谈；
4、巴菲特的入市时机——5月3日，奥马哈股东大会应该有信号；
5、美联储的救市态度——短期不可能，若继续恶化，5月到6月有可能；
若出现利空“事件”，继续等待；出现利好“事件”，可以加仓！
最后，
美国科技、军事、美元霸权的底蕴，特朗普4年糟蹋不完，
大熊市孕育着大机会，首先活下来，耐心等待全力一击！

➜ PUMPFUN's low liquidity/MC ratio causes larger-than-usual volatility
➜ Fear, many incurred overall portfolio losses of 60%+, so starting to safe harbor their remains
VERDICT
I expect prices to stay suppressed for the next 1-2 months. Ensure you have done thorough due diligence on the projects you are invested in; if the teams aren't doxxed or aren't willing to, they are most likely very good larps, and it’s time to sell.
Do not catch the falling knife. Take your time and don’t rush into new opportunities.
People will eventually accept their losses, and the current fear will transform into a renewed sense of greed. New projects will launch, creating the next wave of crypto AI projects.
The Fed is likely to start QE in March. Global M2 has recently started expanding. This will be a good year for crypto and an even better one for AI projects.
If your portfolio is down significantly, take some time off. Create an AI agent or two. Research the shit out of projects. Network.
Let me share some good projects for you to look into. All have doxxed teams. Proven teams that have successfully built projects or even sold companies in the past: #VIRTUAL, $ARC, #GRIFFAIN, $VIRAL, #ANTIRUG.

AI板块的大熊意料之外也是意料之中
很久之前就有这种感觉，只不过当时市场太好让我感觉好像AI 永不熊只要有流动性，但是 $trump 开启的名人币时代会改变这个现实，AI 板块很难当成meme来炒，真正开始需要实实在在的产品作为支撑。
同时一个大牛往往需要一个大熊作为铺垫，前段时间这么多AI 项目简简单单的速通30～40m实际上也极大的分散了大家的资金，现在留下来AI项目的不到1/100 ，太多傻逼项目是来骗钱的。
所以一个大熊把一些糟粕傻逼项目排除出去，再由一个 真正跨时代的 AI Agent 杀手锏应用开启的下一轮牛，会比这一轮牛飞得更高，因为资金集中了，AI标的少了，名人币会吸引更多的Web2用户进来。
预言下：
1. $Arc 会成为市值最高的AI项目
2. $Listen 会成为 $arc 生态最大的项目
3. $Lumo 至少值 100m
4. $project89 希望能开启Agent游戏时代
5. $nuit 和 $tank 需要尽快有下一阶段的产品出来，否则会被 openai operator挤压生存空间
6. $BUZZ 会是现象级的产品，也是下一轮牛的驱动器（加紧开发！）

Quick $Ondo Update: RSI looks fantastic here—bulls clearly in control. This move has serious legs based on the RSI and heavy institutional buying, particularly from overseas. Volume has been 2-3x the 30-day average recently, already hitting 18M on a Saturday, which is extremely unusual. Price is sitting comfortably above support at $1.43. Targeting $1.7 by Monday or Tuesday.
Jan 28 & 29th Fed meets: No rate cuts are coming as per fed funds futures. But, If the Fed announces a pivot from QT to QE, this won’t just skyrocket $Ondo—it’ll send the entire crypto market flying. Also keep an eye on the TGA. (Treasury General Account). We need a drawdown in the TGA, Liquidity!
As for Binance questions, it’s only a matter of time. They’ve been accumulating a significant amount of $Ondo, but no official announcement yet. When it happens, expect a major move. **Finally, your ill-formed price targets (for 2025) in the comment section are NOT needed or welcome. Write them for the people who follow you.
