@Verizon literally having the worst experience moving my service over from ATT to Verizon.

Well, during our first outing with our @ThorMotorCoach Sanctuary, our Aqua Hot went out which left us pretty uncomfortable at 9,555 elevation with no heat and no hot water. The disappointment continues as an authorized service technician wasn’t able to fix it. What the fix?

@MBonvoyAssist our hotel doesn’t have hotel water due to an issue with the boiler and it is going to be one to two days before it is fixed. What are my options?
