Wallstedt on MacKinnon tying goal: Obviously that one hurts a lot. I'm not sure. I haven't looked at it, but it felt like I was in good position. It felt like I had that the right read. Maybe I was a little passive or went down a little quick. But also he picked his corner. And I think in the long run, that's a save I make most of the time, but not today. Today, he scored. That one definitely hurts a lot to me.

Great top line; I think if y’all go trade for a true number 2 Center, retain Quinner and stay healthy, the Wild are true cup contenders next year. Unfortunately the Avs exist

@CODMunityGG I haven't played since they brought in the ltm and removed solo bor. I'm done for now. Bf6/redsec are good. No solos but duos is manageable

@Utes4L @HansonJakob @mlhiii @RussoHockey 100%. I thought Wally was great but the middle of the lineup was the bigger issue. McCarron wasn't REALLY in the top 6 (he generally took the face-off and got off), but hartman isn't a 1c and Ek was missing. Yurov isn't a 2c yet and didn't look close.

@smidgetron @HansonJakob @mlhiii @RussoHockey No they didn’t. Mcarron being in your top six is a way bigger problem to fix than holding on to Wallstedt. Even if Ek is healthy that Center core is a huge problem. Also, let’s be honest, Colorado is just unbelievably good.

@smidgetron @HansonJakob @mlhiii @RussoHockey That really doesn’t tell the whole story. Go watch the 2nd goal in game one. It is one of the most lazy and pathetic goals I’ve seen in a while. He got beat short side way too many times. He’s consistently way too deep; especially for his size. xG is not an end all be all.

In their 4 losses their xgf % was 40%. That's atrocious. They didn't deserve to win any of those games. Even last night, in an elim game, 34%
