Vehicles caught within the closure of the #M1 between J23 #Loughborough and J23a (@EMA_Airport) are now being turned around from the rear of the queue in both directions.
Please await instructions from our Traffic Officers on scene. We'll get you moving as soon as we can.

The #M1 north between J23 and J23A is now CLOSED due to a collision involving a lorry which has subsequently caught fire. All emergency services are in attendance.
The southbound carriageway is also blocked due to the smoke however we hope this release traffic soon.

Okay. So pubs can't serve at the bar, and all alcohol has to be with substantial meal. If you're in a theatre, sports venue or cinema, you can buy alcohol at the bar, without a meal, as long as you don't sit in the bar area. This gets more nonsensical by the day! #SaveOurPubs
