Why does this chancellor hate Hospitality so much? Not a single mention of it in the Spring Statement. And as for "helping young people," her Budgets have cost the sector 120,000 jobs. The vast majority being young people.

It's been decades, not just the last 14 yrs. Since the late 80s all Govts have neglected #pubs appallingly, letting them be openly ravaged by corporate & developer greed whilst treating them as a taxation cash cow. This Govt is squandering a huge opportunity to genuinely help.

Great atmosphere, friendly, welcoming. A REAL shame there is a 22:00h licensing curfew preventing customers outside after 10pm. Pub was packed. Such risible, infantile restrictions on trade are becoming common all over UK.
