The biggest upgrade to BRC20 ever is coming in 2025. It is promising: - single transaction transfers reducing the friction of the current 2 transaction transfers. - L1 permissionless swap modules enabling BRC20 holders to earn transaction fees. - Programmable modules enabling all kinds of new functionality. - Stable coins native to Bitcoin. - L2 integration and support potentially taking some of the transaction load from L1 and evening out the miner fee spikes. This is everything we hoped for and more. It was a long time coming but this is an exciting development. The only questions that remain are: - Will Bitcoin make new highs in 2025? - Will altcoins grow in market share against Bitcoin? - Will there be another Bitcoin ecosystem boom? Ordinals are 2 years old. Assets on Bitcoin are like pre-2013 Bitcoin in terms of price and adoption. If there is an adoption curve for assets on Bitcoin these are some assets that might lead the way and perform tremendously well: 1/ $ORDI - The first fungible token on Bitcoin. BRC20. Listed on @binance @bitgetglobal @okx @Bybit_Official @HyperliquidX etc. Easy to understand. 2/ $DOG - the market leading Rune coin. 100k holders but yet to gain the network effects from exchange listings. 3/ Ordinals - NFTs but stored on Bitcoin. @nodemonkes @BitcoinPuppets @BitcoinFrogs @OrdinalMaxiBiz 4/ Bitmap - Open source metaverse stored on Bitcoin. More holders than @TheSandboxGame and @decentraland yet much lower valuation. 5/ Rare sats - Uncommon sats are currently $54 compared to a regular sat at $0.01. 5400X higher showing the collectibility. If there is a similar adoption curve for assets on Bitcoin then we have a long way to go!
