@KyokujiFGC I think i like this change, assuming its even intentional lol. Gives fireballs some much needed oomph. But Charlie sonic booms could potentially be a little too nasty in corner, if this buff is universal

I was wondering why it felt like my guard was getting crushed a lot faster than normal in Upper even after the bug was fixed. Turns out fireballs do way more guard damage vs vanilla A3, so I wasn't imagining it. Dunno if I like the change, but it makes them scarier for pressure.

I wanted to say rest in peace to my father, Arturo Ignacio Sanchez II. He passed away a few years ago. I didn’t say anything because I was dealing with cancel culture. Although we had a difficult relationship (narcissist family this is all of fgc) I am finally at peace, and I can love what he’s done for me. He’s directly responsible for my technology knowledge and because of him, I was able to be a part of the fgc. My first PC was a 286 with DOS. Monochrome monitor. No gui. I read the manual and learned how to use a PC when I was 5. I’m very grateful for that. I had to learn command line to play video games. Some of my early PC games were math blaster, chess master 3000, where in USA is Carmen Sandiego (I loved reading actually), wolf3d, jeopardy, jumpman and more. So I had 5.25 and 3 inch floppies. I had 2400 baud modem so I had early internet access, and I had access to universities so I was familiar with Commodore 64, Apple iie, isdn (128k) and early t1 lines. Very grateful for that. When it comes to fighting games, my first arcade was Metro Media, and there was a laundromat close to my house. My first games were Spy Hunter, Karate Champ, Yie Air Kung Fu and Double Dragon. My dad would give me change to play all the time. I fell in love with arcade titles for good after that. I cut class often, and walked everywhere just so I could see arcades. Naturally, I saw all sorts of crazy shit that id rather not talk about. I’m just as much of a degenerate as everyone else in this community. I’m very comfortable with my shadow. I was super bored in school. I dropped out of high school and got a GED. I was like every other fgc top player drifting from house to house. Homeless for a period. Had to win every tourney to survive. My dad said fighting games were a waste of time. But when he saw my content creation, he was super proud. No surprise coming from a narc family lol. Our last few years were very painful, but he shielded me from many things that I couldn’t see. I appreciate him though. I wanted to pay him homage because it’s time for me to become a man. This is probably the hardest time of my life, but I’ve grown so much. I’m always one to be independent and one to go against the grain. Thanks you dad for giving me the tools I need to carry on the family name. I love you. Sorry I didn’t follow you 1:1 and become Marxist / communist / ultra progressive Dad, but I have to follow my own path lol This photo is of @AOC right when she got elected. My father wanted me to follow his path. I grew up as a centrist liberal. I went right wing just to rebel against my father. I am now done with politics. I don’t regret it. My right wing path was necessary. He ended up making sure I was baptized as a Catholic. This was one of the best decisions he ever made for me. I’m the only Catholic (there’s a few others) that can integrate with transgenders and lgbtq smoothly. I love everyone. Sorry for my crazy era in the last few years. I can’t stand politics anymore. But it was important for me to learn conservative viewpoints. I wanted to give a special thanks to @gllty for getting me to the point where I can be comfortable with my own shadow. I appreciate what she’s done for me. Thank you so much.

The level of 3s on fight cade is really good, but man I can't do long sets with people who just guess Parry on wake up every time and make no adjustments. Get boring just delaying buttons and doing same shit .

Street fighter is only the main fighting games cause of money and FGC standard. People would not play that slow, boring, 1 2 buckle my shoe combo game if it wasn’t for that

Bro, we all loved the games. We were all here with people who loved the games. We played for the love of the game. It’s obvious that’s not 100% of the case anymore. People play to just be in the scene or to like you know make a career which is fine, but it doesn’t feel the same because of that. It’s different if you’re playing from love versus playing for career and money.
