Had a 45-year-old patient diagnosed with "anxiety" who is seeing me for "spells." In the process, we figure out that she doesn't feel anxious, but that episodes of "anxiety" occur only while standing and result in tachycardia. She is taking Xanax when this "anxiety" occurs. 1/🧵

In regard to the officer involved shooting Friday night, the Kansas City Missouri Police Department has released that “the deceased male has been identified as John Anderton  w/m 07-27-1972.  There are no further updates for release in the investigation.”

@sulmoney I honestly think ADD/ADHD is more common in physicians than we think. I manage physicians and always have a podcast as background noise when doing computer work because it helps me “hyper focus” when I told a physician this, she actually said oh that makes sense I have ADHD too
