Unfamiliar with visa formats, rude behaviour towards senior citizen who requested Wheel chairs. Need to be educated about the different format of visas and check points in visas or seek help from respective departments if don’t know rather than let customer struggles. Learn!!

Even after sharing visa copies and once my parents and myself are able to convince her over phone that they are travelling on dependent visa, she took another 30 mins to check, when we ask what is bothering or blocking. they said need to know the visa start date. Poor Service!!

@IndiGo6E My parents are being hold in checking counter at Ahmedabad counter no 28-29 while travelling to Hong Kong from Ahmedbad via Delhi with flight 6E-5236 and 6E-1707. The stuff is being rude and doesn’t know how to check the visas and keep asking for PAR for first 30 mins.

Such poor service and unfamiliar with visa formats, arrogant and irritating rude behaviour towards to senior citizen who requested Wheel chairs. Staff need to educate about the different format of visas and check points details.
