I remember being in 7th grade and staring at the clock waiting to get out of a very boring class. My teacher stopped his lesson and said what’s the matter Miles, you have hot date to get too? The whole class laughed and it was very embarrassing.

I have my 3 y/o grandson today. I had lots of outdoor adventures planned but the weather is not good. So I spent the morning breaking things so we can fix them in the workshop later.

6am ice rink practice. This mom showed up in a giant fluffy coat, prepared to survive the walk-in freezer. That place where children voluntarily spin on ice and before I’ve even had my coffee. 🤣

@elainesim28 Exactly why COVID hit. Grandmas and moms stopped spit cleaning their kids. So they ended up with no natural immunity.

If your mother spit on her handkerchief and wiped the dirt off your face with it and you thought that this was normal, you came from a great era.
