Haven’t cared about England since the 2018 WC but even then I only cared during the knockouts only because Liverpool lost the Kiev final so I just floated onto the England hype. Since then I’m just not arsed. Even less now since there’s no Liverpool players this time around. For me I’m not gonna pretend to like and support players that I actively hate watch every week just because “it’s England” Called Pickford a T rex every Derby day but now I forget that coz it’s England Called saka a limping muppet all season but now I forget that coz it’s England It just feels fake

Look Iraola is a massive gamble, that's undeniable. No manager has come from a smaller PL club to a bigger PL in 20 years and succeeded. And I don't trust Richard Hughes judgement. But I love the football his Bournemouth teams played. I love the intensity and hard work he demands from players. And I adored our last Spanish manager. @Rydon_lfc @LFC Why do you 'deserve' better? What's so special about you? Have some humility. It was the lack of it that has driven other managers out. Klopp had his critics too over the years. Some fans turned against him at times.

I have some serious concerns about the direction we're heading. According to reports, @LFC have chosen Andoni Iraola simply because he is the only available manager at this moment. If that truly is the primary reason for appointing a manager to a club of Liverpool’s stature, then we are making a significant mistake. It appears Edwards and Hughes are prioritising a coach they can easily control — someone who will have little to no influence over transfers. If this is the case, we risk repeating the same errors that have plagued Chelsea and Manchester United, where short-term thinking and constant managerial changes have led to instability. What Liverpool needs is a long-term project with a clear vision, not another quick fix that could come back to haunt us.There are several high-calibre managers available who could deliver the stability and ambition we require — names like Jürgen Klopp (should he be open to returning), Julian Nagelsmann, Luis Enrique, and Unai Emery. All it would take is genuine effort and ambition from those in charge. Instead, it feels like key decision-makers are more focused on protecting their own positions than leaving the club in a stronger state for the future. We deserve better.

Liverpool as a city is losing 3 great players and ambassadors, an Irishman , and Egyptian and a Scot. Couldn’t have asked for 3 better people to represent the city and what it stands for. They just got it.
