During the trial today, jurors broke down in tears after audio footage was played of Horner killing Athena after he told her to take off her shirt and said she was "really pretty." @MrLeadslinger When you’re a kid, you see older people and can’t believe that can jump off a curb or sit on the floor. Then you get there and reality gives you the kick in the nuts you deserve. Move it or lose has a lot more meaning as you age.

Took a long break from lifting weights and I can’t explain why. Got started back to it on Monday and the muscle soreness is next level stuff. Best bet is to start working out and stick with it forever. Also, getting old sucks.
