Dear Governor Newsom, I am in Kern County, CA. We have the most cases of Covid in CA. You claim that the hospitals are overwhelmed. I was in the ER two nights ago. It was slower than normal, and only 1 Covid patient in the ER. Now we are locked down. No gathering. Complete BS.
