@DanielVavra @REPLACEDGame And yeah, when there is a change in perspective, sprites are drawn accordingly, so it's a real pain in the ass to actually redraw it if anything changes!

@DanielVavra @REPLACEDGame All characters are 2D sprites from the beginning to very end. When we were developing our pipeline we thought of having low res 3D with pixel shader over it, but it was too noisy. So our animation team had to make thousands of individual animation clips for all the characters. :)

As somebody who grew up with Sinclair and Amiga I love good pixel art games. Especially, when there is something that makes them more than retro nostalgia. And @REPLACEDGame is EXACTLY THIS! Finished it this morning. Love it. The visuals are magnificient! Highly recommended! Great job @SadCatStudios! For me its the best game so far this year.

Even if you integrate some sort of threshold, it’s not a big problem to create bunch of accounts, buy 1$ game and then buy Steam Machine.

Valve isn't posting the price because they're likely hoping for things to change. The AI bubble has pushed RAM to obscene prices, almost +200% this year. People say "it should be $500" mf THATS THE PRICE OF RAM ALONE.

@BroodingAnanas I don’t like Mike jumping on high-tech bandwagons. First there were NFTs/blockchain, then there was AI used for some music videos and streaming services’ cover arts. As an artist he should know better.

@BroodingAnanas It does not really matter how it’s written in contract. Main factor for me: Alex out there, rocking out with the band, being present. I’m not dissing on Brad. But for me it’s difficult to perceive him as a part of the band, and I don’t ask you to feel the same way.

@animefanatic781 @emilynewsfeed Nah, they are not. They had this „best opening band” for a long time. Plus just imagine the strain on her vocal chords if she had to endure a 3+ hour set even for a dozen of shows.

Подозреваю, туда можно было попасть подкупом\убийством\обманом охраны у двери, однако ещё есть секретная дыра в скале (если достаточно внимательности у героя, чтобы ее заметить) и нора для зверей (видимо для друидов) Как эту игру сделали всего за 6 лет...

Я скоро с ума сойду от возможностей в Baldur's Gate 3 Зашёл в главный замок гоблинов через сделанную моей варваршей дыру в хлипкой стене. По потолочным балкам на стелсе влез на охраняемый склад. Входная дыра слишком высоко, поэтому чтобы вернуться я выстроил лестницу из ящиков.

@verkholantsev Сериал потратил половину хронометража на второстепенных персонажей. Из-за этого к 8 серии я не верю в химию Джоэла и Элли. Нет ощущения проведенного вместе времени, прожитого ГОДА. Геймплей заставлял ощутить время, проведенное вместе. Сделали бы серий 15, этой проблемы бы не было

Сериал вышел поверхностным? Серьезно?! 😳 Как по мне, сериал продемонстрировал абсолютное превосходство киноязыка над языком видеоигр
