Early Islamic historians (like Ibn Ishaq and al-Waqidi) recorded that 3,000 Muslims marched north and were met by an overwhelming force of 200,000 enemy troops (100,000 Romans and 100,000 allied Christian Arab tribes). The Leadership: The Prophet Muhammad appointed three commanders: Zayd ibn Harithah, Ja'far ibn Abi Talib, and Abdullah ibn Rawahah. As the Prophet predicted, all three fought bravely and were martyred in succession. Khalid's Role: Following the deaths of the commanders, the troops elected Khalid bin al-Walid to lead. He famously broke nine swords during the fierce combat. Seerat Ibn Hisham: The oldest and most reliable biography of the Prophet. It states there were 100,000 Romans. It adds 100,000 allied Arab tribesmen. Totaling 200,000 enemy troops. Al-Bidayah wan-Nihayah: Written by the famous scholar Imam Ibn Kathir. He recorded the narrations mentioning 200,000 enemies. Kitab al-Maghazi: Authored by Imam al-Waqidi. This is a primary source for early Islamic battles. Disclaimer The background image used in this post is AI-generated and is intended solely for visual representation of the historical setting. The figures mentioned (3,000 vs 200,000) are based on references found in various historical Islamic sources. This post is created purely for awareness and educational purposes. Anyway I know that for some of you, it's not really about what you believe. You're just following instructions because that's what puts food on your table. But let me be blunt here, especially for the benefit of the TruthNigeria.com people: You are working for an MI6 cutout. That Caroline Sharwood Smith lady is an intelligence agent. "OpenDoors" is a "Christian NGO" the same way an oil tanker is a yacht. All of you are working for British intelligence. You people are trapped in a game you don't understand with some of the world's most dangerous people. And when they're done using you as a tool to set your own country up for disaster, the best they can offer you is a visa to go and wash bum bum in Sheffield. And if you know too much and you're the talkative kind, you become a loose end. That NGO money you are eating is what will later purge you people. I know you will not listen and you will go into your group chat to insult me, but as usual, you will come back to this tweet later and start crying over spilled milk. Whenever your wake up is your morning. Let's hope you still have a country to wake up in by then

Killing people because they are Muslims and eating their flesh while burning them alive has to be one of the worst kind of barbaric evils to have happened in the history of Nigeria. With the videos coming out of Jos, this is the second time that a crime of this magnitude has been committed, recorded and shared on the Internet. The Christian militia and the Boko-haram terrorists and bandits operating in Jos and other parts of Nigeria are not different by any means. They are all the same, monsters and evils, spawns of the Devils. May Allah destroy them all for the evils that they commit. Āmīn.

One thing that is common to performative Christians like Tosin Olugbenga is their sheer audacity and ignorance of issues. What you have just displayed in your tweet is what Frantz Fanon described in his book “Black Skin, White Masks” as mental slavery. Because you are mentally chained, you do not even know that when we call out the evils and aggression of Israel, we even love you more. We are fighting for your own brothers. Let me educate you if you don't know. Back in 1948 before the creation of Israel, Christians made up around 7 to 12% of the population in historic Palestine, but today, they have been squeezed down to around 1.2%. And if we look at the modern-day Isreal, Ignorant people like you think it is a Christian safe haven. In Israel today, Muslims make up over 18% of the population, while Christians are barely 1.8%. Muslims are vastly more than them there. And the few Christians living under the Zionist regime are facing brutal realities. Especially under Benjamin Netanyahu's extremist government, the violence and discrimination against Christians have skyrocketed. In 2024 alone, there were over 111 documented attacks against Christians and churches in Israel, including spitting, physical assaults, and vandalism by extremists. The suffering under Netanyahu is so bad that almost 50% of Israeli Christians under the age of 30 are considering leaving the country permanently because of the discrimination. Go and read “We Belong to the Land” by Elias Chacour. He is a Palestinian Christian and an Israeli citizen. He is also a Catholic Archbishop who has lived there his whole life. He clearly documented the oppression, the stolen lands, and how Christians have been subjected to apartheid-like conditions under the Zionist regime. Yet, Tosin Olugbenga who is a fighter of Christians has never for a day tweeted about the injustice meted on his brothers in Palestine. Or because they are Arabs, they do not deserve your performative sympathy? Back home, Christians from Plateau last week were denied entry to Israel for pilgrimage, he never tweeted about it. No solidarity. Nothing. If that is not what Frantz Fanon called mental slavery, I don’t know what it is. You are wired to praise your oppressor because he is white and you are black or support evils because the Muslims are your enemies. In Nigeria, we know the terrorists and I can tell you any Muslim who does not support what they stand for isn’t a Muslim to them. For instance, I am a disbeliever to them, likewise you. So we are both the same to them. That is to tell you Terrorism has no religion. To conclude, I have noticed that there are many people like you with such vile hatred for the truth on this app. It is only truth if it aligns with your own bias and blind hatred. I cannot believe you are cheering for the destruction of your own brothers halfway across the world just to satisfy your local prejudices. It is a pathetic way to reason. Thank you for your attention.
Tosin Olugbenga@TosinOlugbenga

Dear, Nigerian Islamic Extremists, I can assure you that as a Christian, I am not supporting Israel because I think it is a Christian state, no, not at all. Not everyone is as dull and brainwashed as you are. I am simply supporting them because they are killing Islamic Terrorists, the exact same type that are killing our people here in Nigeria. I am supporting them because I know that the islamic terrorists in Nigeria, draw inspiration from the Islamic terrorists in Iran, and possibly get funds from them too. You know why it matters? Because Terrorism and Extremist ideology is like COVID 19, it spreads if you don't lock it down with 72 Virgins. Anybody who kills islamic terrorists anywhere around the world, whether they are Jew, atheist, Buddhist, traditionalist, Satanist, or hindu are doing Nigeria a big favour. And as a Christian and a victim of islamic terrorism, I will gladly support them. The Benjamin "Killer of Killers" Netanyahu is my friend. The terrorists in Iran and the terrorists in Nigeria have the same anti-life, anti-Christian, anti- common sense ideology and killing those in Iran sends a message to those in Nigeria that the era of kilikili ideologies is coming to an end. Nigerian Christians are not known to go into the streets and start killing Muslims because Islamic terrorists bombed a church in another country. But Nigerian Islamic Extremists went into the streets of Northern Nigeria to kill innocent Christians because America bombed Afghanistan. So I think we all know who is a stupid, brainwashed kilikili-Zombie between you and me.

Something very bizarre just happened The Jerusalem Post claimed the UAE struck Iran. And not any target, but a desalination plant If true (which it isn't), Iran may decide to retaliate, and may also target an Emirati desalination plant Gulf nations depend on these desalination plants for their supply of fresh water A UAE official just denied those claims, But the question remains: Why did the Jerusalem Post make such an outlandish claim without verifying? Claims like this are what could turn this war into a regional war. And only one country benefits from this...
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

There's been a lot of talk in recent days of Gulf nations joining the war on Iran Today, news outlets began claiming that the lines was crossed and the UAE bombed Iran, specifically a desalination plant (which would be wild) Thankfully, the UAE has just denied these claims I hope Gulf nations show restraint and do not get dragged into this war Things keep getting worse as the war drags on...

The connections between the Igbo people and Jewish traditions are a rich blend of history, culture, and oral memory. While some aspects are debated among scholars, many practices and beliefs strongly suggest a shared or parallel heritage. Here’s a breakdown of the most notable links: 1. Monotheism and Religious Practices •The Igbo traditionally worship Chukwu, the Supreme God, who is seen as the creator of all things. This mirrors the Jewish concept of a singular, all-powerful God. •Igbo religious practice historically emphasized purity, moral law, and obedience to divine commandments, akin to the observance of mitzvot in Judaism. 2. Rituals and Festivals •Circumcision: Many Igbo communities practice male circumcision, often on the eighth day—similar to the Jewish tradition of Brit Milah. •Festivals: Igbo festivals often coincide with harvest cycles and seasonal changes, echoing Jewish festivals like Sukkot and Passover, which celebrate agricultural milestones and liberation. 3. Dietary Customs •Traditional Igbo taboos against eating certain animals or combining specific foods resemble kashrut, the Jewish dietary laws. •Though not identical, the principle of ritual purity in food is a clear parallel. 4. Language and Names •Some Igbo words and names have meanings that align with Hebrew linguistic roots. For example, names reflecting covenant, promise, or blessing (like Chinedu—“God leads”) echo the Hebrew emphasis on divine guidance in naming. •Certain ritual phrases and greetings bear phonetic resemblance to Hebrew prayers, which has intrigued linguistic anthropologists. 5. Ancestral Veneration and Lineage •The Igbo place strong emphasis on family, lineage, and ancestral respect, which parallels the Jewish focus on tribes, patriarchs, and matriarchs. •The Igbo concept of umu-ada (daughters of the lineage) and ndichie (elders) is reminiscent of Jewish tribal leadership and the role of elders in spiritual guidance. 6. Ethical Codes and Social Laws •Igbo societies historically had codes of conduct emphasizing honesty, justice, and community responsibility, much like Jewish Halakha, which governs daily life and ethics. •Both societies historically discouraged idolatry and emphasized moral accountability. 7. Oral Tradition and Storytelling •Like Jewish communities, Igbo culture has preserved history, law, and morality through oral tradition, proverbs, and parables, which serve as moral and spiritual instruction across generations. 8. Identity and Diaspora Awareness •Some Igbo communities historically claimed origins “from the East” or a migratory past, echoing the Jewish awareness of diaspora and ancestral homeland. •After the transatlantic slave trade, many Igbo enslaved in the Americas retained fragments of cultural and spiritual practices, similar to how Jewish customs persisted through dispersion. Taken together, these cultural, religious, and social parallels suggest more than coincidence. While not all Igbo people identify as Jewish today, these connections offer a source of pride, resilience, and identity affirmation, especially when reclaiming heritage in the face of centuries of oppression.

Sure, you aren't supporting them because they are Christian. You know they aren't. You support them because of your Dispensationalist Theology that thinks of Rapture and believes it will not occur until a Great Battle of Armegeddon at Megiddo happens, where the valley from Galilee fills with blood. And then Jews will be converted to Christianity. Those Jews who don't convert will get killed in the "mother of all holocausts". It is why you support inane ideas like Isreal expanding from Nile to Euphrates even if it means shedding millions of blood in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan. It is why you watched the genocide in Gaza and could rationalize it, because how can Rapture happen if those blood are not shed. It is why you don't care about Palestinian Christians, who have been so, before even the White Men, who desecra the the entire Middle-East with bombs because, how can Palestinians be Christian. You are so anxious for the Second Coming of Christ, you are not even patient enough for it to unfold by itself. You want to fastrack it yourself, and force it. Apparently, God's timeline is too slow for you.

While Iran is Shia-led and these Nigerian groups are predominantly Sunni (with ideological differences), the current war could serve as a trigger for violence in several ways: Perceived attack on the Muslim world: Extremists might view the U.S.-Israeli campaign as a broader Western/Christian assault on Muslims, regardless of sectarian divides. God bless Nigeria
