New PR of 62mph from 2027 Uncommitted @softballally31 - Delta 18U Peltz
Ally has a great 4 pitch mix and is looking to stay within a 5 hour drive of her hometown Lake Mills Wisconsin for college.
improvement on dynamic leg drive this offseason has lead to 3-4mph velo gains.

You may hear this during your recruiting journey:
“Why not D1?” or “You could play at a higher level.”
Here’s what every athlete needs to understand ⬇️
College softball is not about chasing a division — it’s about finding the right fit.
Every division (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO) offers:
• High-level coaching
• Competitive softball
• Academic opportunity
• Personal and athletic development
What actually matters:
✅ Feeling valued as a person, not just a roster spot
✅ Clear communication and honesty from the coaching staff
✅ Academic fit and support
✅ Opportunity to develop and contribute
✅ Team culture and environment
Choosing a school based only on division can lead to:
• Burnout
• Limited playing opportunities
• Poor academic or personal fit
• Transferring later
The goal is not the “highest level.”
The goal is the right level — for YOU.
Go where you feel supported, challenged, and at home.
That’s how athletes thrive long-term.
Every opportunity to play college softball is a blessing.
Choose wisely. Choose fit.
