@zomato ...There are several buildings with similar names and some written in local languages. 2. ⁠You could give an option to the customer to switch the chat to Zomato’s WhatsApp for Business for better communication/location sharing. Hope this helps. (5/5)

@zomato 2 suggestions: 1. If your chat with the delivery agent allows sharing different locations other than the location of the person placing the order, that would help the delivery partner, especially in Tier 2 cities, where addresses are not very clear. (4/5)
