Very pertinent question! 31% occult disease is high. That itself merits routine omentectomy. Stratification according to PCI would help - is these a subgroup where it’s not needed? we agree and do not routinely exclude omentectomy given those concerns and only did not with very low PCI or MIS cases but don't have enough n to see if there was recurrence in those patients
