OWLMAXXING for the Neck One of the most Underrated muscle groups to train: the neck supports the brain, and being strong in it means less neck pain, better athletic movement, and a thicker neck enhancing aesthetics. I like to OWLMAXX with this simple dumbbell rotation exercise done on both sides of the head, the front of the head, and the back of the head as well. The aim of the game is to take the neck through extended ranges of motion in a controlled manner with added weight. You can also use a small weight plate if you're just starting with this exercise, or just the weight of the head itself hanging off the bench is a great place to start.

Strategies for Gaining Weight and Size If you are too thin and want to gain weight, do the following. Weight training should be done, however not too often or for too long each time. Stick to about 3 sessions per week and 45 minutes per session to 1hr max. This is done to create an anabolic signal to gain strength and size, without draining the body with endless reps. Weight should be heavy and the workout pace slower (taking longer rest periods between sets). Your food should be high in calories (good quality food, never junk) and you should eat more than usual and more often than you think (every 90-120 minutes). Three square meals of solid food should be the aim. Liquid calories like raw milk and cream are very helpful for in between meal snacks or pre/post workout. Cardio and other aerobic activities such as running, sports, etc should be kept to a minimum, at least until you are happy with your weight. These are strategies specifically for someone who wants to conserve energy for putting on size and weight.

The majority of recycled polyester is made from PET plastic. Typically old plastic bottles that get shredded, melted down, and spun into synthetic fibers This is turned into leggings, sports bras, workout tops, underwear, pajamas and clothes we wear directly on our skin for hours But it doesn’t stop there, it’s treated where chemicals. The new clothing gets treated with dyes, finishes, stretch chemicals, odor-control coatings and more This is all true The vast majority around 99% of recycled polyester in clothing comes from post-consumer PET bottles, which are shredded, melted, and spun into fibers for activewear, leggings, underwear and more Recycling doesn’t turn plastic into a natural fiber, it remains a petroleum-derived synthetic polymer Just because it’s “Recycled” doesn’t mean it’s non-toxic, natural, or breathable: It doesn’t magically become skin-friendly or healthy just because it had a previous life as a bottle All polyester sheds microplastics during washing and wear. Recent 2025 studies found that recycled polyester often sheds 55% more microfibers than virgin polyester and the particles are smaller. This makes them potentially more harmful as they spread easier and penetrate deeper Recycled polyester requires additional chemical processing, dyes, and performance coatings for odor control, stretc my and more This results in a chemical cocktail you’re wearing directly on your skin

Your skin is an absorption organ, what touches it gets absorbed into it. Plastic derived fabric materials sheds microplastics directly into it during activity. Has been linked to liver damage, hormonal disruption, and nervous system damage. Natural fabric does none of that.
