Absolutely incredible food this evening in Fish Factory Dingle. The newest baby by Anne and Nicky @solastapas Dingle. Food was outstanding and ingenious and Anne is visibly beaming with pride (rightfully so!) Two of my favourites doing what they do exceptionally well. #kerryfood
