Trump endorses Jake Paul for political office

First and foremost, I give all glory to God. Let me go ahead and make this post so I can get some sleep lol… my phone will not stop ringing. It’s true, I am the new Head Coach of 71st High School. To my wife, Monique Hall, and my children Takira Hall, Erica Hall, Emonie Hall, and like a son Thomas Washington. Thank you for sacrificing so much over the years so I could chase my dreams. Without your love and support, this journey would not be possible. To my mother Thomasina Wall, my sister Michelle Hall (back-to-back state champion coach 🏆🏆), and the rest of my family and friends, please know I love and appreciate you more than words can express. Since the loss of my father, my support system has only grown stronger. You’ve carried me, prayed for me, encouraged me, and pushed me to be better every single day. I’m forever grateful. I also want to thank every player who has ever played for me at 71st. You shaped me just as much as I coached you. The lessons, the battles, the wins, and even the losses built the foundation for this moment. To our current players, you give me hope, motivation, and belief. We’re about to shock some people. Your commitment and energy remind me why I love this game and this program. The future is bright because of you. If you’ve learned anything from me, let it be this: don’t listen when people tell you what you can’t do. I never did, and the opposite of what they said continues to happen. I want to publicly say how much I’ll miss Coach Duran McLaurin. Thank you for trusting me, developing me, and allowing me to lead and grow. You prepared me for this moment. You didn’t just move on, you left me with gifts and the keys. I’m ready to chase greatness at 71st. 71st vs. Hoke is going to be epic for years to come. We’ve been talking about this for a long time. Special thanks to the brothers who’ve been with me every step of the way: • David Bowser, Head Coach at Albany State University and former coach at Fayetteville State • My best friend and teammate from Richmond and Fayetteville State (FSU), Charles Morman • Jermaine Harper, West Johnson Head Coach and my college teammate • My line brothers, Beta Chi ’09, Omega Psi Phi, something special • My partners in crime at 71st for 13 years, Coach Sean Henry, Coach Vaughan Tomkins, and Anthone Harris The fact that each of you trusted me and stayed when you could have gone elsewhere speaks volumes. Me and Kai have had our battles like brothers do, but we handled it like men and found common ground. That’s what family does. And let me say this clearly to all alumni: when you come to the games, you’re cheering for 71st. We stand together. Support whoever you want anywhere else, but never against your own. These kids need you. We should be one big family, school staff, students, alumni, and the entire surrounding community standing together. Be that 12th man. Big thank you to Tony Horne, former Richmond Raider, Clemson Tiger, St. Louis Ram, and Kansas City Chief. He was honestly the first one to call it. He told me, “Claim it, it’s already yours.” Not many people can say they’ve had an NFL player as a mentor. I’m blessed to be one of the few. You’ve always been there when I needed you. To the alumni who stepped up and supported me throughout this journey, you already know it’s go time. Thanks to Tim Heath, David Simmons, and Horace McRae… you can stop cutting up now lol. Appreciate the support. Last but definitely not least, shoutout to Principal Mr. James Blue and Athletic Director Mr. Travis Greene for giving me a fair opportunity during the interview process. I knew if I got in that room, the job was mine. Now there’s only one way to pay this off, we’ve got to get the job done. We got now. 💪🏾🔥 #71st #NewEra #GoTime @ogcookie_ @Coach_Harris704 @CoachBowser2 @coachesadvice @fayobserver @thereal71sports
