Solidity is for logic, but Rust is for infrastructure. As we scale high-performance, non-custodial systems, the demand for Rust engineers has hit a tipping point. If you aren't building (or hiring) with memory safety in mind, you're building on sand.

• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁: Less than 15% of Web3 devs are proficient in Rust, making it the #1 hiring priority for protocol teams.

Don't just learn syntax. Build CLI tools and contribute to open-source infrastructure. The transition from Web2 to Web3 is smoothest through Rust’s strict compiler.
𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀:
