If any of the monkeys cheat, they get kicked out and lose their banana. Now imagine a bunch of elephants want to play poker in the same way, but they don’t have any bananas. They sign a contract with the monkeys via a lawyer where the initial banana collateral is also acting as collateral for the elephants’ poker game. In exchange, the elephants give them a part of each pot. The lawyer is EigenLayer
