My #BahrainiYarsmies arrived today in Johannesburg, South Africa. Thank you to your cousin Haydee for producing them in memory of Lily Bendahan Z”L. These will be worn with great pride over Pesach, Shabbos & Chagim. Looking forward to visiting Bahrain when possible. 🇧🇭🇿🇦✡️

I spoke to @GulfIsrael about the kippahs from #Bahrain which you've asked about. Many Jewish tourists who come to visit our synagogue & cemetery often look for a souvenir to remember their time. My cousin Haydee Nonoo designed these as a tribute to her late mother Lily Bendahan

@turkmenterzi Hi Türkmen, thanks for your great analysis, as always :) The question is even if confirmed do you think Turkiye will respond, even just symbolicly? Or are we likely to see authorities to take the same approach as the Gulf countries and basically just take a defensive posture.

Reports say another Iranian ballistic missile attack has targeted Incirlik base. If confirmed, this would be the third attack by Iran despite Turkiye’s warning. This is #NATO territory.

Somaliland is the first self-proclaimed country, across 111 countries, where I wasn’t able to find anyone—not at the airport, hotels, anywhere!—who sold a magnet. Someone there should start selling them, bc I’d have paid even $10 USD! I did find these stickers & flag though 🌍

I took my kids to Majdal Shams. On July 24, 2024, a Hezbollah rocket killed 12 children on a soccer field. I met a father who lost both his son and his nephew. At the Syrian border, I witnessed history: Israeli Homefront Command ambulances crossing from Syria into Israel — carrying wounded Druze civilians for treatment. War. Compassion. Resilience. Bearing witness.
