Fellow dad from my daughter's kindergarten class was just told he's going out on an emergency deployment Cousin has been on emergency deployment in a nuclear sub since the beginning of this war I was coming out high school just after 9/11 and watched so many friends suffer after being deployed I am from a big military family and I'm thankful for everything they do, but active deployment on a large-scale leaves scars on entire generations Praying that's not what we're about to witness

You will lose the weight with a ton of lean mass then regain it all back and then get back on Reta then lose more etc.. In the gym it’s so obvious the people on GLPs vs those who aren’t. No such thing as a free lunch.

@solo_trader @noah_foltz @bowtiedgerman Are you a shill paid by pharma? Higher doses bring emotional blunting and baseline heart rate in trials went up as much as +10BPM which is significant. Reta is designed for obese people, being somewhat lean on it and low cal will drill into lean mass even with high protein.
