@solocorps @NVanDistrict @NSRescue Hello Blaine. The ice thickness at Rice Lake is not monitored and the public is advised to keep off the lake. There is signage posted around the lake to that effect. Trout Lake is under the jurisdiction of @cityofvancouver.
