Fernando Mendoza, under center. #RaiderNation #Raiders

Why are we acting like John Mateer wasn’t one of the best in CFB before having to play with 9 fingers and his trust betrayed by Chipotle?

The Raiders offensive line gave up an NFL leading 64 sacks last season (Stat Muse) and are returning 3/5 of the same starters in 2026. The 4th starter from the 2025 lineup (C Jordan Meredith) is still listed on the current depth chart as the primary backup. *Newly acquired LG Spencer Buford was the No. 109 NFL ranked guard in pass protection last season for the 49ers (PFF: 44.6). Last season’s starting LG for the Raiders Dylan Parham was ranked No. 66 in pass protection for the Raiders (PFF: 62.3). Parham left and signed with the Jets. The only upgrade for the Raiders offensive line this offseason was Tyler Linderbaum (2025 PFF Pass Blocking Grade Ranked No. 31 63.4) vs. 2025 starting center Jordan Meredith (2025 PFF Pass Blocking Grade Ranked No. 55 48.5). The Raiders only drafted one offensive lineman in 2026 (G Trey Zuhn III in the 3rd Round). Zuhn “Will Eventually Be Average Starter” according to NFL.com prior to the 2026 NFL Draft on his Combine Page. Fernando isn’t trying to meet his orange ass

@some_dude814 Why does that make you so angry?

Mendoza team is smart. Even tho he’s right wing, they did the extrapolations and calculated Trump is on his way out. If this was even just a year ago he would’ve went to meet Trump and skip practice, risking scrutiny but now it’s more valuable to appear as a professional rookie.
